Looking for a specific fic

I'm looking for a multi-chaptered fic that I read ages ago (around 2010-2011).
I remember quite a lot about the fic itself, but I don't remember the title or the author. I've been googling for almost a week´, but honestly, I'm lost! :(
So here's what I remember:
It's completely AU and takes place during sixth year.
Draco is a part of Voldemort's Inner Circle. The Inner Circle is consists of Snape and Lucius. In the fic, Voldemort is described to look as Tom, rather than Voldemort. The for of them are involved sexually. I think it had to do with powers and bonds etc, because there are no romantic feelings between the four. I know that there are a whole lot of companion pieces to the fic, that explored the Draco/Lucius dynamics. Whenever there was a sex scene, Draco bottomed.
The general plot of the entire fic was getting Harry to join the Dark Side, as a part of the inner circle. It is discovered pretty early on that Harry and Sirius were together before Sirius died and Harry is mourning his dead lover. Remus has joined Harry at Hogwarts, I think it was to teach DADA.
Harry is jealous of Draco because he and Remus are getting very close. In turn, Draco is jealous of Harry because the Inner Circle wants him, and because Snape and Harry are bonding.
I remember that as a whole, the fic was very angst-y. Draco was addicted to cocaine and he was cutting, and Snape was addicted to potions. Due to the Inner Circle wanting Harry, Snape keeps telling Draco off. At one point they have a huge fight and Draco overdoses and cuts to deep. At the same time, Snape overdoses on sniffing the potions. Queue hurt/comfort Draco- and- Lucius-father- and- son- bonding scene at the Manor, hurt/comfort Snape/Draco scene and lecturing!Tom. I specifically remember Draco thinking about slapping Snape on the wrist and telling him something like: "Bad Potions Master! No more potions for you!"
The fic ended with Harry and Remus deciding to join the Inner Circle together. There was a second part that was a WIP, at the time, but I am mostly just looking for this first part.
That is pretty much what I remember reading. I would love to find this again, or at least know where it went. Sorry if this looks messy, I've only ever posted anything on LJ once before.
