Hello, can someone help me please?

I'm looking for a fic that Draco was hexed by Voldemort and lost his eyesight. Then he moved to a Muggle area to live and had a doctor. Harry turned into a dog and went to Draco's house. Draco thought that was a helping dog the doctor brought for him (if I remember correctly, he somehow got angry at first, but maybe I'm wrong). He may named the dog "Thunder" or "Lightning".

It's very good fic and I really want to re-read it again, please help!

Might be Eye of the Beholder by knightmare. The dog is called Lightning in it.

Just a warning to anyone interested in reading it. This fic is switching but Harry seems to bottom more than Draco.
