Hi
I'm looking for fic, where Draco is in house arrest? He saves house-elves. He teaches them to not to fallow commands and rewards them. He has playground for elf children. Harry comes to examine manor, because Ministry was sending Draco letters, but house elf's were blocking them because they were trying to protect Draco.
