Looking for old fic

Hello lovelies,

So I've been trying to find a very old fic I read several years ago but I am not having any luck. Here's what I remember:

1) It was a long, multi-chapter fic
2) Harry is taken away by a wealthy pure-blood family (I want to say it's the Rosier family, but I could be wrong) when he is just a baby
3) Harry takes on a different name and appearance and is engaged to Draco (arranged marriage)
4) Harry lives a double life and is jealous of Draco's interest in "Harry"
5) Harry has a sister
6) The sister is a vampire? She has red eyes and is deadly. She is very smart and could talk in complete sentences since she was a wee toddler!

Does anyone recognize this fic?
