Drarry prompts

Hey, I'm pretty new to this whole drarry fandom all things considered, but I'm confident that I know quite a bit about it. I still don't know about half of it though, which brings me to my question:
Do writers continue using prompts from fests that are already over, or do they compulsorily stop once the fair is officially over?

Hey there! Welcome to the fandom :) It's not really common practice, but you could always contact the prompter (their name is usually listed in many fests' prompting posts) and ask if you can use their prompt. Most people won't mind, I'm sure; they will be happy to see the fic written or they will have forgotten they even prompted it! LOL

Thank you for the welcome and for the comment. I'm not really he type of writer who actually posts her work, but I was pretty curious when I came across the 2016 H/D pet fair prompts. It was bothering me for days now. Problem solved XD

Well since that fest is running right now, you should consult with the mods as well :D But if you're not going to post it, then maybe there is no harm done anyways.
