Looking for H/D fics where Draco has a daughter? I've never read any. A son would be okay too. I'm not thinking mpreg although not opposed to this. Maybe Draco and Harry's respective children become friends and this is how they reconnect.

Also, any fics in which Draco was held captive/tortured/traumatized in some way during the war and has believable and well-written issues with intimacy that affect his relationships? Maybe Harry is trying to woo him but he's never been with anyone because he pushes everyone away. Something like that.

I wrote a fic where Draco has a young daughter, called The Tapestry of Kinship (that's on AO3, or read it here on my LJ), and there is a great one by mahaliem where Draco has 6 daughters (in addition to Scorpius), called How Do You Mend a Broken Heart? Both of those are H/D where Draco is a bisexual widower.

Omg Tapestry of Kinship was so good! Thank you for sharing that. The puppy's name is so sweet. The story so well written. I loved it.

I tried How Do You Mend a Broken Heart before but quit early on because of how forward Draco seems in pursuing Harry. I like it to be the other way around and for Harry to have that Gryffindor bravado. But as you're the second person to rec it I'm going to try giving it another chance.

I really loved Draco's relationship with his daughters in mahaliem's fic. He is forward in the beginning as a way to keep his children, but real mutual feelings develop later. I think Harry will have a chance to be Gryffindor later!
