Looking for two harry/draco fics

I've been very anxious to find 2 fics thar I read not long ago...

The first one, is about harry living with sirius, at one point the latter tells him, that they needed to find him a little adorable girly boy, small with long hair... Then they go to diagon alley, Harry and his frients get into a little argument with blaise, draco (who the golden trio thought was a girl) got scared and ran away. Draco didn't attend Hogwarts before (Ithink he was home schooled or something because he was scared of people). I also remember Theo teasing naive draco, saying that shopping hurt. It's a WIP.

The second one, is about regulus black, coming back from the dead, to raise 3 years old draco who didn't have any other family.
