I have never cried while reading a fic. I hav only ever gotten teary eyed....about twice and I can't even remember the fics! Whereas I cry all the bloody time while watching movies so I would like to change my non-emotional state while reading amazing fics. Now I just need your help.

I would like anything with major char death to trouble in paradise just as long as I cry. Yet I don't want to wince with all the angst thrown at Draco or Harry. Anything like the classic romantic sad movies and it's perfectsion. (Notebook & p.s I love you ;] )

So throw it at me,my loves. The fics that made you silently sob in your bedroom trying not to destribe your roomate!

Oh and don't recommend Beautiful World. Read it and... Nothing.

Soundtrack prompts

Hi guys! Um...I'm not really sure where to post this, but just as a general question, I was wondering if it would ever be possible to have a fest where music is the prompt? I'm not talking about songs with lyrics, so not songfics**. I'm talking about those emotional and heart-wrenching or oh so memorable instrumentals that have stuck with you and stirred up feelings in you.

Like the love theme from Romeo and Juliet, Lily's Theme from Harry Potter, A Window to the Past from Harry Potter, the Forrest Gump theme song and well....so many more. (A lot of the songs I'm thinking of come from anime)

Sometimes I read fics and I hear a certain track in my head playing and I just think how fitting it would be....though certainly most of them are rather angsty.

Anyways, just an idea. I have a few tracks from various shows and movies I would love to see inspire fics.
