The Wings Eclipsing Night (http://kc-anathema.livejournal.com/tag/wings+eclipsing+night) series by kc_anathema is definitely Dark!Powerful!Harry, with the emphasis on 'dark'. It's a bit more hurt than hurt/comfort, but I love it.

I'm thinking of this one fic I read where Harry is captured by voldemort and infected with multiple elements of dark creatures (werewolf, vampire, etc). Draco is locked in the room with him to act as "food" but it doesn't happen that way. I wish I could remember the name...
