Fic recs and challenges

Hi,

I'm hazel, aka hazelnut, and I'm a big fan of bottom! Draco. My favourite pairings are Snape/Draco, Lucius/Draco and Harry/Draco - especially when it is not chan. I'm obsessed with BDSM fics and good characterization. I'm also very easy to please. :)

And here are some challenge suggestions:

1. The Malfoy family is ruined. Snape, being the good chap that he is (*snorts*) takes poor Draco as his apprentice. Needless to say that one of the main functions of all potions apprentices is to have potions tested on themselves.

2. Draco is having doubts about his destiny. Snape and Lucius decide to show him where his loyalties must lie. Must have: Cruel Mind Games and Ambiguous! Snape.

3. If Voldemort were Mr. Wonka and the world was the Chocolate Factory, what would Draco and Harry do to draw their Lord's attention?

hmm.

"Death Eaters of Roissy" really needs to be updated.

"Spoils of War" has far too much Bottom!Harry for it to really be a Bottom!Draco story, doesn't it? There's hardly any Bottom!Draco at all. Plus it was way confusing.

"Through a Shattered Mirror" is pretty good. But I wish there had been more S/D and less S/H.

I like your challenge suggestions though.

Haha, I never said they were exclusively bottom! Draco. But what can I say? I have a bad taste. As for "Spoils of War", I love it because it has what I think is one of the best Dracos in the fandom - a bottom who wished he was a top who wished he was a bottom. I don't find it that confusing... Just kind of cryptic in a fascinating and yet not gratuitous way (after all, the three characters are either crazy, delirious or drugged). But, then again, I'm a confused girl. ;)

I'd write your challenges but I have enough on my plate. Yes, Bound by the Sea will continue and will finish (in other words, it will get polished into something palatable). I can't wait until I reveal the hermaphrodite! heee... Yes, I'm teasing.

LB 8 -- DIES a hundred deaths. I damn near decided to never write again. But then a story that's been lurking in my head for a year brewed to the surface and I think you'll like it -- adult Snape and Lucius, mind games, tonnes of BDSM, a bit of torture, and the ultimate (and I do mean ultimate) mind fuck. If I can get this fic to work right, it should be glorious (still suck compared to LB, but yaknow).

I'm glad our poor excuse for a fic didn't give you a writer's block. I would have to cut my hands off if it did. :) And yes! Snape, Lucius and the ultimate mind fuck are ALWAYS a good idea. :)

I love that first challenge of yours! I think it's clever- has potential and all. At first, being the flake I am, I was like 'w00t! I want to read that fic! Never heard of it before...' until the truth dawned upon me.
