To our lovely participants,

SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE IN ONE WEEK!

As people are beginning to turn in their work, we just want to make a few reminders/announcements.

September 15th is the last day for you to turn in your submission to us! Please make sure you've followed our guidelines regarding headings and beta-checks before emailing us your work!  It will really help us out and save us some trouble/time of going over them :)

For anyone who is still seeking a beta reader, refer to this post. Also, if anyone is interested in helping out by volunteering as a beta reader, please offer your services in this post. We, and the participants especially, will be eternally grateful (and will possibly worship you with our bodies)!

If you are the incredible pinch-hitters that volunteered your talent to us, then your deadline is October 1st.

If you have talked to us about an extension, then you know when you need to turn in your submission so make sure you get your amazing fic/art in to us in a timely manner!

If you think you might need an extension, email us now to request one rather than, say, three minutes before the deadline. We are generally very nice regarding extensions and will most likely give you one if you have a legitimate reason :)

If you've sent us your submission and never got a confirmation reply within 1-2 days, there is a chance that your submission never reached us! If that's the case, then contact us and try resending us your fic/art!

If you are as excited about this fest as we are, go ahead and grab a banner and help us pimp this fest! We are hoping our awesome participants will receive a lot of love for their contribution, and believe us when we say: they are both fantastic and tremendously talented (if what we've received so far are anything to go by)! So gather your friends, family, frienemies, etc. and tell them how uncool they'd be if they don't tune in to Bottom!Draco Community's First EVER Fairytale Fest! XD

The only thing I could think of that could explain this oddity is mayhaps you sent it to ...@YAHOO.com instead of hp_bottomdraco@YMAIL.com??
