I loved all the little things it had in common with the Aladdin movie, though I sometimes craved for more. A little more humor here and there, a little more desert magic, maybe. All in all, I really liked this fic. Especially how much the writing style resembled those of fairytales. Oh, and of course the canon wink at Snape's death. That made me chuckle quite a bit.

Guh. That was AWE-INSPIRING! Evil!Snape was EWW, but Abu the snake was WONDERFUL! Love how Harry slowly learns about magic. And Draco was such a dear!

that was a very inventive and interesting shift from canon without making it altogether a totally new universe. it showed so much of harry's potential and power without going into dark tones. enjoyed draco's the balance between draco's vulnerability and bratty-princess tendencies. snape was just plain creepy. i liked the lack of deception on either party and enjoyed the direct, pure and innocent friendship between harry and draco. the romance was well-panned out: started out easy and slowly built up in intesity. :)

ps. "Sex with Snape… No, Draco couldn't even think about it. Ew." that was hilarious. :)

That was such a fun story and I totally loved the night flying scene because I was totally singing "a whole new world" in my head as I read it lol. Draco was truly a princess trapped in his own home and Snape (though I hate that he had to be the bad guy in this) made a very good Jafar. Loved every second of this.
