As for the fever...it sounded like Mrs. Norris has rabies and with biting Draco...he got rabies (or whatever it is that you get when bitten by animals with rabies). Lucky for Draco though that wizards don't have the cure for it. *grins* Count on Harry to figure things out though. He probably just wanted to screw Draco. *leers*
