Another fic search request, sorry!

Hi all, thanks a bunch for answering my last request/question. :D I wanted to wait to ask again, but this is sorta stuck in my head and i can't get rid of it and i can't FIND it which is more bothersome.

it's a silly but very smexy fic where H and D were fighting (as usual) and Harry used some funky spell that literally stuck his, uh, male part in Draco's bum, and they can't separate. And then lots of reaaaaaaaally hot smexing. toward the end there was a bit of a bit squicky (but still hot) Snape attempting to remove Harry's, uh, male bits from Draco's bum and ended up giving the boy a bit of a hand job instead (and fisting in Draco's side)

*coughs* help? I REALLY wanna reread it but i can't even remember which site i read it on! x___x

I'm pretty sure it's called "Harry on Top", and I'm trying to remember the author's name.

it'd be awesome if you can remember the author name too. I can't seem to find it based on the title alone (was just at Restricted Section, Hex Files, and PSA and can't seem to find that one) T___T ugh, this urge to read something cute AND prony!
