I am here with two pleas:

I am about to start reading a long fic by calmardaa called Blood and Nails. Could anyone tell me if it's bottom!Draco?

Also, I'm dying for some detective fics featuring bottom!Draco or no sex involved. Any recs would be much appreciated. Thank you so much!!

Blood and Nails isn't strictly bottom!Draco. There only a promise of a bottom!Draco scene. But even though I prefer bottom!Draco fics, this fic gets to be an exception because it's one of my favorite H/D fics, so I would advise you to keep reading. It's completely worth it!

thanks! The thing is, as long as it's not bottom!Harry, I think I'll read it. It's just lately every fic I've clicked on has resulted in some bottom!Harry scene and I'm terribly weary of it. All I want is a bottom!Draco fix XD

And yep, have read Malfoy PI, and I think I read the ending (did it ever get finished?) after I got over my bottom!Harry phase so I wasn't too keen on it, regardless of how awesome it was... Me and my biases XD

paying the piper by sansa is a detective fic but primo - it is non magical and secondo - it does contain some bottom harry mention, no description though. draco is def a bottom if you know what i mean though, and as much as bottom harry squicks me (i cannot stand it, like, never!) this fic is veeery good and amazing and i have it saved. dont think you can find it anywhere online so let me know if youd like it.

Thank you soooo much hun!! It's like a battle trying to find detective fics with a bottom!Draco, or at least, a top!Harry. It's like searching for a needle in a haystack >_<

Hahah, I'll search through career fest at some point. I actually memoried all the bottom!Draco (aka NC-17) fics of career fest so if you'd want to read 'em, search through my memories. It'd be easier than digging through and uncovering top!Draco *shudders* that's another reason why I'm absolutely not touching hd_holidays until someone makes a list of bottom!Draco fics. I tried, but all the top!Draco fics were driving me crazy. Is it too much to ask for some bottom!Draco goodness? Just a little?? :(

IKR?? I was searching for Elf!Draco inspired from the fic I just recced, when I came across two fics that had me "OH YES!" at the summary and then...

TOP!ELF!Draco. Like. WTF. Elves are in fandom like, bottom. Uke. Submissive. ARGH.

I always have to soap my eyes out after reading top!Draco. It gives me the chills. PEOPLE. READ THE BOOK. Our bitchy, scaredy-cat, immature brat is bottom. He is NOT a knight in shining armor. That's for Gryffindors... even if Daniel Radcliffe is a midget. Like, srsly.

Can we still weedle fics from authors even though it's not fest time? *wibbles*

I'm just so upset. Top!Draco once in a rare while is okay, but when EVERY SINGLE fic I open that is NC-17, or remotely, has top!Draco, then I am prepared to give up the search for good fics entirely, or give up reading NC-17 fics, lol, then I won't have to gorge my eyes out afterward...

LOL. Totally agree. Draco is a total bottom. I wonder if some fans of Harry Potter have only seen the movies and never read the books? Is that even possible? Because Draco is pretty bottom-y. I just think the only reason why he's top is because in the movies his actor is taller than Harry's. Taller does NOT mean top. GAAHHH *pulls hair*

Sometimes, I don't know how I'd live without this community. LOL.

Maybe you should search for elf!Draco fics here. I feel like it's the only safe place to find bottom!Draco nowadays, hahah.

OMG. I totally agree. They should have found someone else to play Harry. Daniel Radcliffe ruins the movie for me. The only reason I still watch it is because Tom Felton is in it. Mmmm, eye candy.

This community is gold. I rarely go beyond this community when searching for fics to read. Every once in a while, I will venture outside but always come running back to safety. XD

ditto :) Tom Felton was definitely the saving grace of the sixth movie. I've basically given up on the movies entirely. I hope that one day, in 50 years, maybe, someone will remake the HP movies :D

As for the bottom_draco community... = safe haven XD
