I don`t imagine I`ll be a lot of help. BUT your search reminds me of one H/D story that I don`t believe was finished (I waited and waited for more). It had an older Harry by 5+ yrs, but not from the future. Draco was a student at Hogwarts and Harry was a scientist/doctor of a sorts. Draco was really sick and the Malfoys hired Harry to find a cure. If I remember correctly, Draco was like actually dead but through magic somehow lived and his days were numbered. Something like that. Like I said, not much help, but I had to share this.
