another fic search sorry haha

Hey guys! There was this cool fic I read a while back but I can't remember the title or the main plot or anything. Or maybe it wasn't a cool fic? I have no idea, but I just remember this one portion of it where Dumbledore was dead and McGonagall was restructuring the class subjects to include things like basic math and science. Harry got really pissed about that and asked McGonagall why and she said something to the extent that while Dumbledore was a good man, he was also a flawed man and his school trained soldiers rather than good students who would go onto wizarding university and the like. Hogwarts's reputation for producing highly intelligent students who would go onto the best wizarding universities was deteriorating and McGonagall wanted to bring that back? It was something along those lines anyway. I THINK it was a Harry/Draco (and if it was, it was definitely bottom!Draco) but I can't recall what it's called or who wrote it or anything haha.

Anyway, any help would be super appreciated!
