I think maybe in the beginning it might be more bottom!draco. but I think that later on there is a lot of switching. It's been a while since I've read it...

Are you asking about the sex itself, or about the pairing dynamics?

Harry is very emotionally dependent on Draco in Bond. As I recall, he needs a lot of reassurance. Draco is not as dependent.
