I read this fic a long, long time ago. Draco was a pediatric oncology doctor in the states having run away from the war and all that. In the story someone is kidnapping pureblood children and one of the Weasley's (Charlie or Bill's) kids goes missing. Harry works on finding them and runs into Draco when the missing Weasley appears State side. Whoever is taking the kids does something to take their magic, I think.
