Can anybody help help me find this fic?

Draco was kept prisoner by Voldemort since he was about 12 or 11 or maybe even younger because he was a key in being able to win the war. He was locked in a room and had visions/dreams of someone taking him out of his prison running out of there. Harry then comes into the room and he helps him escape. I think they even defeated Voldie by holding hands(?).
