Looking for angst and/or hurt/comfort fics

My boyfriend of 2 years - ok, EX-boyfriend - just gave me the "it's not you, it's me" talk and broke it off with me. I've always known he was bi but what I didn't know was, it was the roommate slash tennis partner (whom I thought was 100% straight - he was engaged to a hottie Miss Sexy Legs too! Note: 'was' being the operative word)  that I should look out for.

So, I'm now wallowing in self-pity and hope someone nice here would take pity on me and rec me some good old angst and/or hurt/comfort fics that I could dive into. With happy/hopeful endings please. I don't think I can stand major character deaths now.

Long, medium, short, epic length, mpreg, violence, threesomes, bdsm - anything. I don't mind so hit me with your best shot. Thank you so much.

Thank you. That was an interesting piece, really. Me too. At least I think I took it better than Ms Sexy Legs.

I, for one, did not fling my grandmother's soup pot at anyone, neither did I kick anyone Down There after noticing with an enraged 'arghhh!' that said soup pot missed the target's head. And I certainly did not yell obscenities or curse the new couple with a terrible case of blue balls. So, I'm doing pretty good, I think.

Each and every person deals with infidelity differently. I know one day you will go on from here and find someone who truly deserves you. And who knows, perhaps one day this will all just be a bad joke that you can laugh at.

Brilliant fic! My absolute favorite at the moment. And if you are looking for any kind of angst with hopeful endings, Frayach is definitely the way to go. She understands human emotion better than most. :)

Oh, for the Summer Regret there's a Sequel called Winter Guilt. For the Alternate Ending (Spring Euphoria) there's a sequel called Autumn Epiologue. There's also another one called Lullaby that takes place somewhere in the middle of either Summer Regret or Spring Euphoria.
