I know angelofcaffeine writes a doctor who and hp crossover, in which Draco and the doctor travel together, but it's just friendship and Draco was? or is in love with Harry.

Crossover with Doctor Who. Draco has disappeared, not only from the surface of the earth but from people's memories. Harry, of course, is the only exception, and feeling he needs to discover what has happened, finds the Doctor and his companion Amy in Malfoy Manor, standing by a strange crack in the wall. With their help, he discovers that Draco is not erased from existence but marooned in time. Naturally, getting him back is not as easy as anyone would like.
