"Split personality" was the old term for Disociative Identity Disorder. It also was used to describe schizophrenia.

Have you read Jolene? It's by Romaine and it's one of my favorite H/D stories. It's a genderfuck fic....trust me, just read it.

There is mpreg, but it doesn't take you through the pregnancy.
