-I have been looking for fics in which Harry discovers that he is not the son of Lily/James but of Snape/James or Snape/Lily, at discovering the truth Snape starts to take care of Harry. Also fics in which Harry is Voldemort's son/grandson. I only read Harry/Draco or Draco/Harry. I know this is not much but hope someone can help.

Just because it is so late here and I'm ready to pass out I will give you my biggest searching clue. Severitus on Google. Most are not Snape with Harry in a relationship, or should not be. It is based upon the original challenge issued by her where Snape is the father figure for Harry.

The absolute best you will find is at skyehawk and is most popular - a Year Like No Other. I haven't read it since it was finished originally. There are mild pairings in it, but it is truly a fic worth reading. It was finished pre-HBP (and personally I think JK copied one of the scenes from it, but that is my own personal thoughts).

There are a few at HP_creatures, I know I love to request Snape/Lily with Harry as their child. I love to see the development between the two - whether it is happy or not.
