Hey!

I've come here ask for help once again, because I've tried to find this fic for a week and URGHGR I'm so close its driving me nuts.

In The fic The Magic world starts to crumble because The purebloods abandoned England taking with them their 'covenant' or something like that and Harry ends up going to France to look for Draco and convince him and The rest to come back to England.

Harry's auror partner (not Ron) is injured and Draco finds them and brings them to his clinic to heal the injured person. It turns out the Draco is practicing medicine without a license, because no one will give him a healer's license because of his past. Harry goes to arrest him but bill and fleur show up and fleur is going into labor. Turns out that Draco is providing medical care to creatures and half creatures because when they go to St. Mungo's bad things happen. Teddy is in it, and Andromeda always has Harry take him, but then Teddy gets sick and Harry takes him to Draco.

It may have been pre-slash.

I know I have it bookmarked but I can't find it, which just makes it all the more aggravating. Please help.

I'm looking for good fics that are similar to Tear the Skies Asunder or where:

•Harry is either "dark" or grey. Like, he doesn't see everything as black and white, good vs evil.

•Draco is polite (decent) towards ron/hermione and the Weasley Family, not playing chess with Ron or chatting with hermione about books.

•Harry does what he wants and doesn't let his friends/The Weasleys/the Order/whoever opinion determine his opinions and decisions.

•Slytherins aren't horrible people just because they're slytherins. They don't have to be saints, just not horrible children like so many like to write them as.

•Draco isn't going around apologizing for being on the "wrong" side.

•Harry doesn't listen to Ron and takes Dracos hand.

•Either no hermione or hermione bashing (I really don't like her).

•Lucius is a coward but still a great (or at least tries to be) father/husband, Narcissus is a loving wife/mother, snake is a good godfather. Like with slytherins, I'm not saying I want them to be saints, just that I want to read a fic where the arthor understands that you can do bad things and still be a good person (depending on who you ask). It's called perspective, depends on what side your on.

•Same with hermione, either no Weasley family (don't exist or just aren't mentioned) or bashing. Actually when I say Weasley family I'm mainly talking about the mom.

The fanfics don't have to include all of those, but at least one or two would be nice.

Only bottom Draco, no switching, non-con is okay as long as it's more comfort than hurt, happy endings (or as happy as it can get), no pwp. There can be sex but I don't want it to be most of the story.

And according to the tags I just put Neville/Draco is fantastic as well. Everything still applies just instead of harry it'd be Neville.

Oh! And ones that have Luna in them. Those are great. I have a weird thing about Draco and Luna being friends.

Looking for H/D fics where Draco has a daughter? I've never read any. A son would be okay too. I'm not thinking mpreg although not opposed to this. Maybe Draco and Harry's respective children become friends and this is how they reconnect.

Also, any fics in which Draco was held captive/tortured/traumatized in some way during the war and has believable and well-written issues with intimacy that affect his relationships? Maybe Harry is trying to woo him but he's never been with anyone because he pushes everyone away. Something like that.

Hi,

I`ve been looking for a fic recently, but I cannot find it anywhere, I don`t rember the title or where it`s located.
I think it is post war, Draco works at St. Mungos and one day Harry goes there, in a visit I think, and Draco tries to avoid him but Harry finds Draco, and they start seeing each other. Draco is really poor, and Harry gives him a blue scarf (maybe), and another day Draco buys Harry a treacle tart, and Harry is moved by the gesture, because Draco has no money. I think that they were dating during the war, but Harry were actually using Draco for information, although he felt in love. And one day, when Draco has gone to buy a book (because he wants to be a healer), he hears someone talking in the library about Draco being harry`s charity case.

This is all I can remember, I hope someone can help me.

It`s my first post in this community, and I`m not sure if ii`s all right, so mods please feel free to change anything.

Looking for this fic that I read a long time ago. Here's what I can remember of it. I think its 8th year setting, the Slytherins are facing a lot of bullying and mistreatment and Draco wants Harry to notice so that he can help... i think. I know that Draco and his friends hatch this plan where Crabbe and Goyle beat up Draco pretending to be some other students in front of harry so that he can see what is happening. Hopefully someone out there remembers this fic because I've been looking for it for days!

I think I have finally read ONE out of to MANY stories with Harry being in the wrong...only somehow it turns out to be all Draco's fault!!?? Even when authors attempt to right the Boy-Who-Wouldn't-Freaking-Die in a grey, or even dark, light, it still feels that somehow Harry is right and everyone who opposed him (Usually Draco) is wrong, wrong, wrong!

Why!?

The fact that he had cheated, murdered, raped, threw a punch, provoked, etc. Just doesn't seem to matter anymore, as long as we are fully aware that it is Harry Freaking Potter (With sprinkling lights shinning and blinding in the background).

Hi, I'm looking for recommendation of stories that satisfy the following requirements:
- Draco was in a relationship but for some reasons his partner abandoned him. Can be an abusive relationship, misunderstanding, triggered by other people, infidelity, etc. as long as it was unjustified and left Draco heart-broken.
- After the break-up Draco gradually entered a relationship with someone better than the ex, and by that I really mean someone more deserving. Kudos for protectiveness and details of their courtship, relationship, reactions of other people. Please don't have Draco blindingly jumped into bed with someone right after the break-up, I want to see how he was reluctant at first, seeing that he still had feelings for the ex, but was gradually convinced that he indeed deserved better.
- Seeing Draco with the new boyfriend, Draco's ex MUST feel jealous and guilty for what he did. The more remorse he felt, the happier I will be! Kudos if the ex tried to get Draco back to him, I like seeing people fighting for Draco.
- In the end, no matter what, Draco did NOT return to the ex. I don't care if the ex finally became all nice and sweet in the end, Draco must absolutely not get back to him. Please, for once, I want to see the regret. Too many an instance when I got mad at how after a while Draco reverted back to the person who had forsaken him, he deserved way better than that.
- I have read Sticks and Stones by Desolate03 so please don't re-rec this, but it portrays very well what I'm looking for.

I don't mind if there're OCs and I'm open to all possible pairings as long as it's not het. I don't really have squicks either. I don't mind if the story is long or short but it has to be complete.

Hi! I'm looking for fic recs where Draco is taught a lesson- is punished or chastened by others and eventually learns some manners/ to be a decent human being. Personal growth, humiliation, having to prove himself to society after the war, or pining after another character and having to show that he's changed before said character gives him a chance would all be great. Severus wanted to punch Draco himself for glibly throwing Lily into the conversation, when he was seated with the two men in the world who had been most affected by her death. Pride simmered through him as Harry broadened his shoulders and stared at Draco levelly.

"And didn't your mother ever tell you that it was rude to drop other people's dead mothers into polite conversation, Malfoy?"

Slap delivered back into the face of the original dealer, Severus relaxed, leaning back in his chair. Draco said nothing, but coloured slightly in the face, rightly chastened.

"Thank you for dinner," the blond said quietly, his way of giving an apology without actually having to say it.

Hi...I am new to this community and I think it is one of the best ones I have ever visited :)....I read almost everything and I can't have enough so I hope you can help me here....I need to read any fic that deals with after the war era where Draco is doing his best to show people he changed and doing good things and he is being fought all the time....and Harry does not believe him or told to see if he is truthful about his change....long story short...Harry convinces Draco he loves him but he does not to use him to reach some one else or to know if he is planning something....plenty of vulnerable Draco when he finds out and no easy fixing.

also if you have any fics that show Draco taking care of his Slytherens....being nice and caring not the cold front he shows every one...maybe even being a spy to the light but no one knows?....please help

I just finished this fic & it was so good! It's a mystery style fic with lots of intrigue, drama, action, & romance. I especially liked that Draco was smart, skilled, & was constantly breaking everyone's expectations of his character & talents.

Hey. I want me some Dark!Harry/Draco fics. And no, fics where there's D/s dynamics with Dom!Harry/sub!Draco don't count as dark. I want a fic where Harry's reasons for being not-quite-stable are actually written about, not glazed over. All I want is to read some good fic in which both Harry and Draco are in character, with Dark!Harry.

Or, a well written AU that takes place in an apocalyptic universe other than the cliche Voldemort wins!scenario. Also Harry/Draco.
