CLAIMING GUIDELINES:

- Each prompt can be claimed once for fic and once for art.

- You may claim your own prompt.

- If you don't see a prompt that you like, you may create one for yourself and comment with it on the claiming post.

- Claiming by proxy is allowed.

- After you have submitted your entry, you are welcome to claim another prompt.

- Submissions are due on September 1.

- Please use the following form:

We have over 300 prompts this year so hopefully you've all had time to browse through them over the last few days!

If you're representing someone please don't forget to indicate the name of the person you're representing.

Claimed prompts will be marked with a strikethrough after they been confirmed by the participant. Confirmation emails will be send within the next few days so please don't forget to leave your contact details!

We need more artists!

In light of few artists participating, and also some writers expressing desire to join, we will be transferring most of the slots from artists over to the writer roster!

Therefore,

PROMPT CLAIMING IS GOING TO BE POSTPONED TO JUNE 8, 4:00PM GMT

We are opening up slots for 15 more writers (transferring the 15 slots from artists to writers) and 10 artists UP TO JUNE 8, 3:00PM GMT.

May 20 – June 4: Prompt Collection
June 5 – June 8: Open Sign-ups (15 more slots for writers and 10 for artists)
June 8 - June 20: Prompt Claiming (first-come, first-served)
September 15: Submissions Due
October 1: Fest posting begins!

If you are already a participant but have not yet posted the participant banner in your site/journal/DA, please do so now! :D You can get it over here

For all of the approved participants, please take note of your TOP 5 prompt *numbers* (based from the prompts lists after this post here and here). On June 8 you will be replying with the five numbers of your chosen prompts according to your most to least desired prompt.

We are very sorry for the delay, but we hope this will give more time for the participants to choose from the prompts list as well as free up your calendar for that date.

It would also give time for the participants to find a representative who will post their chosen prompts for them if they are not able to go online at the time. Just send us a message of the name of the person who will be representing you before we open the prompt claiming.
