I love Draco's character. Particularly, the traits that aren't 'good'; self-centered, selfish, spoiled, childish, attention seeking and naive. But I notice it is becoming a trend to warp him in fictional stories, and I am not much of a fan anymore. For instance, Draco suddenly becoming this person that takes care of someone (Harry) and not minding not being the center of attention at all. Not even a tiny bit. I am also tired of Harry out shining Draco, and Draco being okay with it, when he would most likely not be.

I like it when Draco is jealous of Harry.

I like it when he gets annoyed when Harry is the center of attention.

I LOVE it when he is himself, and another male character (Not specifically Harry anymore) still falls in love with him.

I like it when Draco doesn't have to mold himself into a 'good' person (Suddenly having to be brave, or have courage like a Gryffindor. Or apologies for every little wrong he ever done Harry and his people, as if they were completely in the right.).

I like it when Draco realize that the 'dark' wasn't completely wrong, and the 'light' wasn't completely right.

And I like it when his character in a story isn't pushed to the side-lines for most of it, and pulled back in when convenient.

I am aware that this isn't always the case, but out of 10 stories, 6 of them will likely be that way. Which means I have to get off my lazy butt and add (update) my own stories, I know. But I like the idea that I am not the only one who feels this way, and need reassurance in awesome stories.

2. Draco-centric (Just Draco, and about him. If the story involves him thinking/obsessing about Harry 70% of it, no thank you. I really just want one were Draco is focused on Draco, and what is going around him.)

No top Draco. No Het. I have read my fill for the week, and want to retreat back too familiar bottom Draco.

This came out of no were, but I suddenly would LOVE to read a story with Draco, on the run in general, from zombies, or struggling to survive in a world that is falling apart? Most that I have read so far usually are only oneshots, or short, so one that is longer would be great! Who Draco is paired with doesn't matter as long as 1. It's a dude (No side het with him involved), 2. He bottom or there is no sex, 3. if there is switching but the story is so B.A. you still feel the need to recommend it, please warn for it.

I don't mind general fics (No parings, at all).

Hey Guys, I am back with another fic(s) request and a rant to burn off some steam.

So I have another fic search and one that is fairly specific. I am looking for fics out their to add to my growing bookmarks with the pairing Harry/Draco or Gryffindor/Draco, that doesn't have Draco pretty much turning into this suddenly perfect partner for Harry. You all know what I'm talking about. The ones were he suddenly isn't jealous and bitter of the fact that Harry gets all the attention and start to sympathize with Harry and admit he has been wrong, because obviously ever Gryffindor or person on the light side are saints that are just always, always right and can just never do the bad thing. Because you know, it's not like they are human or anything, right?
